On November 8, 2024, a conference was held in Phu Quoc City, Kien Giang Province, to inaugurate the pilot operation of an AI Camera system for security and order monitoring.

Recognizing the potential and urgent need of Kien Giang Province to leverage technology for improved governance, MK Vision Joint Stock Company, a member of MK Group, has researched and developed a comprehensive AI Camera solution system and successfully implemented a pilot project in Phu Quoc City. Through close collaboration with the Police Department of Administrative Management of Social Order under the Ministry of Public Security, the AI Camera system has been installed at designated locations, ensuring stable and effective operation.

According to MK Vision, the current AI Camera system incorporates numerous advanced solutions to enhance efficiency in traffic monitoring, security, and public order management. The system leverages AI capabilities, such as license plate recognition and traffic violation detection, to mitigate congestion, expedite traffic violation processing, and foster a safer and more responsible driving culture. Furthermore, the AI Camera system plays a crucial role in maintaining public security by monitoring for suspicious activities and deterring criminal behavior, thereby ensuring the safety of both residents and tourists.

Beyond Phu Quoc, MK Vision is actively contributing to the development of Vietnam's security ecosystem through various pilot programs, including the AI camera system installation project in Ha Nam province. This successful model for enhancing public security and order through AI-powered surveillance is poised for replication in other localities across the country in the near future."
