With this certificate, MK DSS demonstrates its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer expectations and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, especially in the context of the evolving specific needs of the East African market.
 

The scope of the certificate covers "Smart Cards manufacturing, sales and personalization service" (IAF code 9, 14 & 33). This reflects the expertise of the MK DSS card manufacturing plant in a critical sector, ensuring that all processes from manufacturing to distribution and personalization adhere to the most rigorous quality management protocols, ready to meet the specific standards and demands of the East African region, from national IDs and financial cards to other specialized card types.
