18/11/2025

On the morning of 15 November 2025, at the Hanoi Children’s Cultural Palace, MK Group participated in the exhibition activities held as part of the Student Festival and Final Round of the Vietnam Cybersecurity Student Competition 2025.

The competition is organized by the National Cybersecurity Association (NCA) under the patronage of the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Education and Training, and in coordination with the Department of Cybersecurity and High-Tech Crime Prevention (A05).

This year’s competition drew students from universities and colleges across Vietnam, along with several international teams—affirming the strong appeal of one of the country’s most prestigious academic playgrounds in the cybersecurity field.

With the theme “Data Security and Personal Data Protection,” the program enabled students to engage with real-world cybersecurity scenarios, sharpening their analytical thinking, adaptability, and technical skills—critical capabilities for future cybersecurity professionals.

Alongside the competition, a seminar and exhibition on cyber-protection solutions for individuals and organizations was also held. Within this framework, MK Group showcased its flagship technologies in digital identity, authentication, and data security, including smart-card ecosystems, eKYC platforms, multi-factor authentication systems, and secure data-protection solutions for e-Government and the financial–banking sector. MK’s booth received strong interest from students and experts, offering a practical perspective on how advanced technologies are applied within Vietnam’s national cybersecurity infrastructure.

On the evening of 15 November, NCA and A05 announced the official results of the competition. In Category A (Attack–Defense format), the team PTIT.CBS from the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) won first place. Two teams—TPC1 (University of Tsukuba, Japan) and HCMUS-Bingsu (University of Science, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City)—received second place. In Category B (Advanced Jeopardy CTF - a highly challenging cybersecurity problem-solving format), the first prize went to UIT-Reze from the University of Information Technology (VNU-HCMC). The two second-place winners were KMA.0xG4ng (Academy of Cryptography Techniques) and PTIT.0verflow (PTIT).

As a companion to the competition, MK Group is proud to support intellectual playgrounds that cultivate Vietnam’s young cybersecurity talent. The Group reaffirms its commitment to accompanying students on their learning journey and contributing to the development of a high-quality cybersecurity workforce for a safer digital future.
