On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and Vietnam’s National Day (September 2, 1945 – September 2, 2025), the National Achievement Exhibition themed “80 Years of Independence – Freedom – Happiness” took place at the National Exhibition and Fair Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi) from August 28 to September 15, 2025. The event gathered central ministries, 34 provinces and cities, along with many leading enterprises, becoming a cultural–technological highlight that attracted tens of thousands of domestic and international visitors.

For MK Group and its member companies—MK Smart, MK Vision, MK Hi-tek, MK Dynamics, and MK Aerospace—the exhibition was an important opportunity to showcase their brand, highlight scientific research, technological innovation, and reaffirm the strength of Vietnamese technology enterprises after 26 years of development.

• The Group introduced core “Make in Vietnam” technologies including:

• MK Lotus Chip OS – a secure platform for smart cards.

• Smart Card Ecosystem – serving finance, banking, and e-government.

• End-to-End Digital Identity Solutions – eKYC, chip-based ID, biometrics.

• AI Camera M6 and smart surveillance solutions by MK Vision.

• Missile systems, UAVs, and Turbo Jet 1.3kN engines developed by MK Aerospace and MK Dynamics.

MK’s innovations were featured across key exhibition zones:

The “Prosperous Nation” exhibition zone, in partnership with the Hanoi pavilion, showcased core products in ICT, AI cameras, and defense technology. The Phu Tho pavilion featured AI camera solutions presented together with CNC Tech – a member of the MK Group Technology Alliance.

The “Innovation and Development” exhibition zone within the Ministry of Science and Technology’s pavilion featured MK’s showcase of products aligned with the Ministry’s 11 key product groups, including AI cameras, chip technology, and Edge AI applications.

The “Sword and Shield of Companionship” exhibition zone at the Ministry of Public Security’s pavilion – in partnership with the Police Department on Administrative Management of Social Order (C06) – highlighted MK’s AI cameras, eID card and biometric readers, as well as smart traffic light control systems and self-service kiosks designed to deliver public services to citizens.

The “Reunification Day” exhibition zone hosted by Hanoi City displayed advanced scientific and technological products, high-tech models, and innovative solutions. Here, MK Group and its subsidiaries introduced standout offerings in defense technology, AI cameras, and ICT.

Notably, at the event’s central exhibition space – the “95 Years under the Party’s Guiding Flag” pavilion – MK Vision, a subsidiary of MK Group, successfully deployed an AI-powered camera system to count visitor flows in real time, enabling organizers to monitor and adjust crowd movement promptly while enhancing the quality of post-event reporting.

The exhibition covered 250,900 m² with 230 booths, 28 central agencies, 34 provinces, and 110 corporations, showcasing nearly 180 sectors from politics, economy, culture, society to defense and diplomacy. Highlights included advanced VR/AR, 3D modeling, interactive screens, and multimedia experiences.

In his closing speech on September 15, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh affirmed the exhibition’s “resounding success, exceeding expectations, and offering a profound and comprehensive portrait of 80 years of struggle, independence, and nation-building.” Over 19 days, more than 10 million visitors, thousands of televised audiences, and hundreds of cultural activities made the event a landmark celebration.
